1 GOAL, 1 FOCUS, 1 MICRO DECISION at a TIME = RESULTS!
To eliminate the overwhelming feeling that comes with the task of reducing our Stress we use the Micro Decisions that we can achieve in 60 sec. And are effective as well when we are asleep.
The amazing power of focusing on micro-decisions that support our HPA Axis first is that we achieve exponential results. As our body feels better we can handle stress better AND it also gives us mind space to be able to then use some of the common suggestions offered to us to reduce our stress.
