Many of us set big goals for ourselves, but often struggle to achieve them. We get overwhelmed by the enormity of the task and lose sight of the achievements we ARE making. This is where the power of micro-decisions comes in.

Motivation:

Motivation is one of the most important things Simple Micro Decisions cultivate. Removing ‘falling off track’ is another. Every post focuses on SIMPLIFYING the Micro Decisions down to the bare minimum effort and time YET not sacrificing RESULTS!.

This works by leveraging the way the body works and layering Focused Actions that give exponential results.

We all know that by taking care of ourselves, we’re better equipped to handle the challenges that come our way. The big challenge is having brain space to figure out which little things add up to big results!

That’s where The Simple Self Care Lifestyle Posts come in.

In a nutshell:

It is not that we don’t have big goals- we do! Our 1 FOCUS is on the biggest GOAL of all: Optimizing Our Body. What we’re doing differently is placing our energies on the 1 FOCUS of making one good Micro Decision after another.

When we focus on the present moment and fit in a good micro decision we get exponential payoff. Examples of this are in The Micro Decisions Post.

Each post takes into consideration the – one Goal, one Focus, and Micro Decisions. This way you can simply add one Micro Decision as it fits into your busy lifestyle knowing it’ll provide positive impact.

What a resource!

Each time you send an email that you’ve posted something I head on over to check it out. I’ve swapped out multiple toxins in my house and love knowing these small swaps are making BIG differences! Laundry is Fresh!

Wow, mo! The soap nuts are a huge hit in our family. My husband loves doing the laundry now; he claims the clothes smell like they were line dried outside! Super fresh! (And he has a ton of sweaty tennis clothes...) Also, the wool dryer balls “cured” our old dryer. Now clothes are dried twice as fast, and don’t smell like dryer sheets!  Thanks for your suggestions–and keep them coming!

My pooch is fixed!

OMG. My pooch is fixed. With toddlers that is no small feat! I started with your ab check and had a BIG separation! Who knew?! Used the 2 1/2 minutes each day for 90 days and fixed! Then the 1 minute videos are a god send. I get on the floor with the kids push play and in six one min videos I hit my posture muscles. I feel so good. I am looking better too! So glad to have your videos. 💗

My son didn’t burn!

My son, now 9 has never had a vacation where he did not burn. We had a March vacation and I was ready with the NON-TOXIC sunscreen recommendation that was also gluten, corn & soy free. I could not believe you went through the trouble of finding products that qualify all the things my son needs. And it worked! We were able to enjoy EVERY day of vacation. No sunburn/no rashes. TY

Constipation & ED

Whelp my wife is a fan and now I am too. She showed me the research on Flax. I tried it, it worked. I’ve never been so regular. I then tried E for E exercises, I thought they were a joke. 93 days later I can tell you they work. My ED is much improved & my ABS are stronger too- just like you explained in the videos. The ex’s feel like nothing until you actually sit TALL the WHOLE way through!

Baked Peaches!

YUMMY! and so SIMPLE. My 2 teens ask for them all the time. The melted ghee version with a bit of browning at the end is just so good. I look forward to you adding more simple food ideas and appreciate the variety of self-care tips. The how to have a more comfortable blood draw was very helpful information and made my daughters draw experience so much better. Thanks!

Indigestion

I am writing to thank you for the detailed explanation on indigestion. I took it with me to my annual visit. My Dr agreed I should try some suggestion. “What could it hurt” was her advice. Non-Toxic Candles

I LOVE my scented candles. I couldn’t imagine not having the scents wafting through the house until I read your post. I slowly made the transition to the 100% toxin free candles. It took a while for my ‘scent’ to adjust (the SCENT article explaining how it works helped me understand WHY I should change).
Now I LOVE my candles & knowing they’re NON- TOXIC!

Detergent a HIT!

I have my husband and 2 boys. Their clothes were never fresh. Perfumed from the detergent but not ‘clean’. The Laundry detergent you suggested is fantastic. The clothes smell clean. Spots I KNOW would not come out before are lifting. Our home doesn’t smell like that toxic laundry detergent aisle and you won’t believe this but my headaches are gone. Such a gift. Thank you.

Fatty Liver no more.

I read your Fatty liver post and it made sense. I thought your worksheet did not apply to me though because I pay attention to my diet. I printed it and did it with a friend who also has a fatty liver diagnosis. It’s an understatement to say my eyes were opened to the hidden amount of sugar I eat! I’m writing to encourage others to earnestly use the pdf! I resolved my fatty liver with this 1 step!
