Peaches vs Nectarines. Both!
Whether you choose to use peaches or nectarines in todays mouth watering, SIMPLE, sweet tooth satisfying recipe you can’t go wrong!

Peaches vs Nectarines?
Fun Fruit Fact
Both Peaches and Nectarines originate from the same tree.
More specifically a nectarine originates from a genetic variation of peach tree.

Both Peaches and Nectarines have a similar nutritional profile.
According to Foodstruct–
“Nectarine contains more Vitamin B1, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, and folate than peach.”
while the Peach:
“contains more Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, Vitamin K, and lower saturated fat than nectarine.”
But the differences are truly minimal.
Both Peaches and Nectarines match when it comes Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B6.

My suggestion.
USE both Peaches and Nectarines.
You can interchange peaches and nectarines in any recipe including todays Simple Self Care Dessert.
