Both Peaches and Nectarines have a similar nutritional profile.

According to Foodstruct

“Nectarine contains more Vitamin B1, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, and folate than peach.”

while the Peach:

“contains more Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, Vitamin K, and lower saturated fat than nectarine.”

But the differences are truly minimal.

Both Peaches and Nectarines match when it comes Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and Vitamin B6.
